My legal practice is dedicated to helping families navigate the complexities of the family and juvenile law system ensuring that children's voices are heard in domestic relations cases.  I passionately champion the best interests of children in my practice, skillfully facilitating creative solutions that preserve family relationships.  With a steadfast commitment to prioritizing children's needs and well-being, I ensure that every decision revolves around creating positive outcomes for them.

I represent parents in domestic relations cases and serve as a Child's Legal Representative (CLR), advocating for the best interests of children involved in these matters.  My role extends beyond domestic relations.  I am a Guardian ad Litem in dependency and neglect cases and am available for appointment as a Child and Family Investigator in the 1st, 2nd, 5th, 9th, 14th, 17th, and 19th Judicial Districts, ensuring that the needs of children are prioritized.

In July 2025, I became a contract attorney for the Colorado Office of the Child's Representative (OCR).  Here, I receive comprehensive training in various aspects of children's advocacy, including legal matters, social science research, child development, and mental health.  This training equips me with the knowledge and skills to implement best practices for supporting children in court proceedings.  My responsibilities as an OCR attorney are tailored to the specific cases I handle, allowing me to provide focused and effective advocacy. 

In addition to my legal work, I am a trained mediator and offer my services as a Parenting Coordinator and Decision-Maker. I am committed to fostering collaboration and finding solutions that work for families.
